We make handmade, slow-fermented sourdough breads and a rotating lineup of bakery favorites using heritage grains grown in Montana and Wyoming. Each recipe begins with just four ingredients—flour, water, salt, and Sue, our wild sourdough starter. From there, the process unfolds slowly over several days, allowing time for flavor, texture, and nutrition to fully develop.
Our breads are 100% naturally leavened—no commercial yeast, no shortcuts. The result is a product that’s not only deeply flavorful and easier to digest, but one your customers will ask for by name.
Every item is made in small batches at our Red Lodge kitchen and delivered fresh or frozen, depending on your needs.
