    • Local Lamb and Kale: Lamb from Double A Ranch in Fromberg, Kale from Swanky Roots in Billings. Paired with made from scratch lamb broth and Great Northern Beans.

    • Sourdough Country Loaf: Hearty Round Loaf, perfect for thick slice! Hint of Rye and Caraway.
    • Sourdough Ciabatta Rolls: Perfect for sandwiches or slice and toast for bread dips! Perfect amount of that "tang" from our Sourdough Starter.
    • Potato Rolls: Made with red potatoes, soft and savory. Great companion for any dinners.
    • Pan Blanco: Reminiscent of the Panaderia down south, plain crusty white rolls.
